  Who is Zenaswimwear?  
 Zenaswimwear is Canada’s leading online  custom, mix and match swimwear site . We make everything from scratch exactly to your body measurements!   
 
  Where can I find the exchange rate for the Canadian prices?  

Once you place an item into your basket, the shopping cart has a currency converter which you can utilize to get an approximate exchange rate... All exchange rates are approximate as the daily rate changes! We also have a currency converter link at the Top of the page which pops up.  Just insert the dollar amount and convert.   American Customers can some times save up to 10% of the Canadian dollar value depending on the current days exchange rate!   I live outside of Canada....How will my visa be charged?  
 All of our products are priced in Canadian funds.  Your invoice total is a Canadian dollar amount.   All Visa's, Amex and MasterCard's will get charged in Canadian funds  The exchange rate will be applied to your Visa statement  through your financial institution.  
 
  If I order today, when will my swimsuit be completed?  

Zena's Suits are  made on an individual basis. Each custom swimsuit is manufactured when the order is received. Please allow 7-15 business days for production (depending on the time of year)  Please see our Construction calculator and Construction Policy to get an idea of exactly how long it will take.

  
 
  Why is there no phone number that we can call?  
As an online retailer, we want our customers to have a fantastic experience when buying goods and we try to give the information upfront that will help most customers answer any questions that might arise.

We believe that if a customer has a problem the most important thing is to resolve it quickly and if possible, at the first time of trying.

We have found that the most effective way of achieving this is by providing a commitment to reply to your email within a 24  hour period during our business days. We are confident that you will get a better quality, more personal service with us than you would over the phone.

We answer more quickly to email, as then you have paper confirmation of everything you have asked and requested... Our phone number is only given out when an order is placed...We are a very small company with limited amount of people working for us....  Every Person that works for us is sewing and constructing your custom suits.

  How do I Pay for my Purchases?  

We Accept Visa, and MasterCard.  We do not accept Cheques or money orders unless you are local to BC.

  
 

 

  What happens if I don't get my suit in time?  
 If you are a US or international resident,  we cannot guarantee what will happen at the border.  Customs sometimes delays the shipment for 1-2 days to check out the contents.  Please  be sure to order in enough time to receive your suit! For more details, please read our Shipping Info .    if your suit has not been received in the time allotted by your shipping preference please read the Claims info in our Shipping section..  
 
  Can I return a purchase if I don't like the fabric or color?  

We don't refund or allow returns if you didn't like the fabric color.  We do have free samples that we do send out to you so that you may see the fabrics before you order.

  

 
  Where does Zena Ship?  
 We ship within Canada and the United States.  If you are international customer please email us and we will let you know if we ship to that country!   See  Shipping Info !  
 
  Can Zenaswimwear accommodate Rush orders?  
 Absolutely need your order ASAP? We can do it! For an additional rush fee of $15 per item ordered, we can produce your order within 3  bus days from the time you place your order with us.   You can also select to have your order shipped Purolator one or two day (Shipping Info). To get your ordered rushed Just tick the Rush box which is on each ordering page, before the checkout button.  
 
  Is there a Catalogue?  
 Zenaswimwear collection is available only online. We do not have a printed catalog.  
 
  How should a swimsuit fit?  

Your custom swimsuit should be worn comfortable and snug. Swimwear fabric stretches more when wet and can become baggy if worn too loose

 

 

  How are shipping fees determined?  

Shipping costs depend on destination address, weight and the shipping method you select. Canadian shipments will be sent by courier (express post), while U.S. and International orders are always shipped via courier (Xpress post) or Purolator  Exact fees are available Here

 
 
  Can I return my purchase if it doesn't fit?

  3. Every piece of swimwear can be customized. 

  4. Choosing options like, Tankini lengths, Crotch Lengths, straps, bra and underwire options

  5. There are thousands of fabric combinations with trim and styles

  6. We Replicate old suits

  7. Ask us if you don't see what you like and we will try and work with you in customizing another style

 

  Simple Ordering instructions

  1. Take your time and browse all of our styles, fabric choices and options.

  2. Grab a Pen or pencil and and print off our measurement calculation sheet , here you can record all the measurements needed to order

  3. You will need to measure yourself, so try and find a tape measure. If you don't have one we have a free tape measure you can print and assemble yourself.  Make sure you check it against a ruler for exactness...

  4. Once you have decided on what you like!  go to our Fitting Room drop down menu! Choose the right fitting guide for you.

  5. We also have an icon on each order page, (beside each measurements drop down selection) which will guide you to measure yourself as well. 

  6. Fill in all the slots allotted with fabric selections, options and additions!

  7. Once you are done Click! the Shopping cart button

  8. You may continue to add items, select another page of the catalogue to view, visit other collections within the site or proceed to the checkout
