We are constructing suits in a timeframe of 9-11 business
days
Construction Specifics:
Depending on which time of the year it is, Our
suits will take between 7-20 business days to construct. This will be
noted on our Production page of our site. Once billing and credit
information has been authorized and verified, construction of your suit
will start the following business day,
If you order more than one suit it can take up to 2
more business days for construction.
We also
have a
Canadian holiday Schedule. Please take into consideration
that your construction times and shipping times do not include these
dates
Rush
Orders: Can it be done?
Absolutely need your order ASAP? We can do it! For an
additional rush fee of $25.00 per item
ordered or $45.00 per one piece suit, we can produce your
order within 3 bus days from the time you place your order (
When order is received before 12:00 in the afternoon that
day Pacific Standard Time) If your order is placed
after 12:00 in the afternoon it will take us 4 Bus Days . If
you are a U.S customer, you can also select to have your
order shipped with Purolator one or two day . You can
select the Rush Order check mark from each ordering page,
which will automatically add it to your cart!
ZENASWIMWEAR will not be held
responsible for any delays in shipping or
delivery. We are not responsible if you do not collect your
items from the Carrier, if the package does end up getting
returned to us we will have to charge you for the Shipping,
Brokerage, and Duties for return of parcel and also
reshipment of parcel back to you. Your Credit Card will be
charged accordingly.
